Four days at Tulane and High (Clintonville)

Artist Stephanie Rond “paints” brick walls with detailed stencil imagery. Her works are what she calls “gifts” to urban spaces. She partners with local businesses to adorn their walls, parking lots, posts, with temporary visual art narratives, creative spectacles of impermanence. Blink and it’s gone.

You’re welcome. We have to celebrate good local art and the artists that we have among us. Meeting bell hooks was a highlight of my year. She’s super cool and down to earth (for real).
